Senior Leadership Development Facilitator
Paul has degrees in Social Psychology, Management Science and his Phd topic examined the role and challenges of the corporate Chief Executive Officer. He was a lecturer at Auckland University for nine years where he taught Leadership, Strategy and Teamwork on the MBA programme and in various other forums.
Having assisted senior managers for many years with their leadership, strategic planning, change management and team development, Paul now specialises in developing multi-rater feedback tools for large public and private sector organisations both in NZ and overseas. Notably, four leadership 360° tools for the Australian Public Service have met with considerable success in recent years.
Peter Robinson
Senior Leaderhip Development Facilitator
As Director of Direct to Client Operations he has responsibility internationally for the delivery of strategic planning as well as team and individual development programmes. He also facilitates workshops on leadership training, and 360° feedback processes.
Before joining TLS, Peter was involved in the implementation of a number of change processes within a public sector organisation in the UK. In particular this involved organisational restructuring, introduction of quality programmes and the co-ordination of human resource strategies.
He has completed a Masters Degree in Management Change, is Master accredited in the Team Management Products and is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) accredited.
Ethan Dunn
Facilitator
Ethan is a Facilitator for TLS, focusing on the delivery of in-person and online workshops. His personable nature allows him to interact & collaborate with ease.
He has a varied work history in teaching, caregiving, hospitality and film. This diverse work background has allowed him to accumulate a range of useful skills that he uses within his work.
These skills include training of new team members to support employee growth and development, health and safety, and presenting information clearly and concisely.
Ethan is a hard worker and has a BA in Sociology.
Christine Lineham
Course Co-ordinator
Christine's career has been in the Travel Industry in various roles including Retail Ownership and Operations Management.
Christine’s area of expertise is in the administration and project management associated with the delivery of our New Zealand and International Leadership Programmes – inclusive of the following:
- Venue interface
- Facilitators schedules and travel arrangements
- Pre-work and questionnaire distribution
- Handout preparation
- The development and circulation of the workshop outputs
- Invoicing
- Front line enquiries
Christine also assists with the organisation of Team Development and Strategic Planning programmes.
In addition Christine’s responsibilities involve supporting other parts of the TLS team with respect to the creation and dispatch of profiles and general office duties.
Maureen Stanger
Accreditation Co-ordinator
Maureen joined TLS in a part-time role after taking 'time out' from the working world to enjoy grandchildren. Previously, Maureen's career was in Customised Market Research where her role was an Operations Manager.
Maureen's area of expertise is co-ordinating Accreditation programmes – from registrations, pre-work communications and questionnaire distribution though post-course communications and administration tasks.
As well as the above, Maureen produces and maintains Accreditation Resources and supports other members of the TLS team with project work. Maureen's attention to detail and commitment to quality is valued in these areas.
Julie Johnson
TMP Profile Co-ordinator
Julie has a background in Oilfield Engineering, Veterinary Medicine and Accounts. She brings diverse experience, a strong customer service commitment, attention to detail and a rapid response to changing needs.
Julie's main area of responsibility is the preparation of McCann Profile products and she also assists other members of the TLS team wherever needed.
Julie has completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Eng Sci) and a Bachelor of Veterinary Science.
Helen James
360 Profile Co-ordinator
Helen James has a background in Agricultural Science, Organic Certification and Auditing.
After starting a family Helen had a change of career and joined the TLS team over 10 years ago.
She co-ordinates the 360 Profiles output of the business and is involved in product development and testing.
Helen holds the company secretary, admin and quality control role on the board of directors.
Paul Morgan
Business & Technology Manager
Paul has a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has worked in a variety of fields from electrical safety testing through software development and most recently, before joining TLS, in marketing systems.
Paul’s area of expertise involves client service, IT infrastructure management and software development.
Paul’s role is primarily two-fold: He is responsible for the day-to-day administration and client support for the TLS accredited consultants; and he heads up web based technology application development which is utilised in the completion, production and delivery of our Products.
Hamish Kendall
Applications Programmer
Hamish develops software applications, and provides network troubleshooting and administrative support across all areas of the business.

Carlo has a Bachelors degree in Computing Systems
His areas of expertise include computer programming and networking.

Denise Hope

Denise is an accountant with overall responsibility for administration, process and finance.
Hamish Dunn
Products and Services Support
Hamish is the Products and Services Support for Team Leadership Services, focusing on areas such as quality control,
profile processing, customer service and facilitation assistance.
Hamish has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Auckland, majoring in Psychology.
He is interested in Industrial Organisational Psychology and through study,
has prior experience with many of the theories underpinning Team Leadership Services Profiles.
His varied work history which includes hospitality management, film and labouring has helped him develop skills such as
his ability to work under pressure to solve difficult problems and excellent client management.
These skills allow Hamish to be a valued member at Team Leadership Services.
