Ethan is a skilled facilitator with TMS, where he designs and delivers engaging in-person and online workshops. He’s known for his approachable, easy going style, which helps him build strong working relationships quickly - whether with individuals, small teams or large groups.
Ethan brings a calm, considered approach to his facilitation, with a particular strength in making complex ideas accessible and actionable. He has a proven ability to support the growth and development of others, whether through coaching, team development workshops or leadership programmes, Ethan is skilled at creating safe, engaging learning environments.
With TMS since 2021, Ethan has facilitated hundreds of team development and leadership courses across New Zealand and internationally. His work spans a wide range of industries, from government agencies and logistics to health, education, and corporate sectors. His international facilitation experience has strengthened his ability to connect with diverse audiences, work across time zones, and deliver consistently high-impact experiences both in-person and online.
Ethan’s facilitation is known for being practical, grounded, and people-focused. He draws on evidence-based frameworks and tools, including the Team Management Profile (TMP), Emotional and Social Intelligence models, 360 profiles, and Action Learning, all which help individuals and teams understand themselves better and apply that insight in meaningful ways.
His diverse background of real-world experience across a wide range of industries, including education, caregiving, hospitality, and film has shaped his ability to adapt to different environments and communicate effectively with all kinds of people.
Ethan holds a BA in Sociology and History and applies this lens in understanding team dynamics, workplace culture, and leadership. Ethan champions the concept of continuous improvement, always looking to improve both his own skills and the experience he delivers for others.
