What will we cover?
Workshop 1: (Individual)
- Develop our understanding of our own work preferences
- Develop our understanding of the profile types of others

Workshop 2: (Team)
- To understand the types of work that high performing teams engage in
- Complete an analysis of the dynamics of the virtual leadership team
- To investigate the way that we behave when conflict arises and consider how we can personally manage conflict more effectively

Workshop 3: (Strategy & Change)
- Understand the utility of a problem solving and change management model
- Investigate the criteria and capabilities that are associated with Strategic Leadership
- Explore contemporary thinking with respect to Leadership, Strategy and Culture

Workshop 4: (Feedback & Leadership Behaviours)
- Develop our ability to optimise our interactions with others
- Understand the requirement to use Feedback to develop your people and manage performance
- Understand the core behaviours required for effective Leadership, and assess your current Leadership Performance

Workshop 5: (Emotional Intelligence, Job Priorities & Managing Pressure)
- Understand the role that Emotional Intelligence plays in Leadership
- Develop our Top 5 job priorities
- Investigate Managing Pressure
Prior to Workshop 5 you will complete a review of your 360 Feedback profile.

- Share and compare Leadership development action plans

- Pulse Report - 6-month accountability check
- 6 months access to your leadership coach
- All course materials, post programme resources and follow up via our TLS online learning platform
- On completion of the programme you will receive a TLS participant certificate
Cost:
This programme is equivalent to three days of leadership development training and the recommended retail price is $2,500 per person + GST. Our special price for the virtual leadership programme is $1,750 + GST per person and applies for registrations on the upcoming programmes listed below.
