I have been through two TLS Leadership Development Programmes during my tenure with Property Brokers.
The first programme was in early 2009 after I joined the management team and I believe that it was the best investment ever that a
Company could have made in its current and future Managers and Executives.
For me personally both courses gave me invaluable insights into my own work and leadership styles and gave me specifics to work with and on as I settled into my role.
