Team Leadership Services have developed methodologies that allow the facilitator to tailor their tried and tested mediums for the locations that best suit needs and purposes of their clients. This is invariably a great deal more time and cost effective than moving participants over longer distances to a more permanent facility.
Programmes are typically of 2 – 4 days duration so our preference is to operate from a venue that affords a suitable standard of accommodation and conference facilities within a 1 hour commute of a client’s primary facility. A vineyard, a Lodge or similar provides participants with a suitable environment away from the everyday distractions of the workplace, the ability to schedule our experiential activities “on location” and the opportunity for the Team Development and interaction continue outside of the classroom and into the evenings.
